Terms of Service

Terms for using ContGPT

These terms govern access to the ContGPT website, workspace, credit system, content-production workflow, publishing integrations and related services.

1. Acceptance of the terms

These terms apply to anyone who accesses or uses ContGPT. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits or using any part of the service, you agree to the current version of these terms.

If you use the service on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

2. Account security

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for taking reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, verification codes, connected-site credentials and related access tokens.

If suspicious activity, unauthorized access or account abuse is detected, the service may limit access, require additional verification, pause workflows or suspend the account.

3. Scope of the service

ContGPT provides a software workflow that may include title generation, content generation, queue management, image preparation, credit-based usage, delivery to connected publishing targets and related operational interfaces.

Not every feature is guaranteed to remain available for every plan, region, integration or site configuration. Features may be changed, limited or removed over time.

4. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may use the service only for workspaces, domains and publishing targets that you own, control or are explicitly authorized to manage.

You may not use the platform for unauthorized access, fraud, abusive automation, unlawful publishing operations, rights violations, deceptive practices, harmful content operations or any activity that threatens the integrity or security of the service.

5. AI outputs and publishing responsibility

ContGPT is an operational production tool. Final responsibility for generated titles, articles, visuals, metadata, links and publication decisions remains with the user or the user?s team.

Before anything is published, the user should review whether the output is lawful, accurate, current, properly attributed, editorially appropriate and compliant with the target site?s standards and any applicable rules.

6. Third-party services and integrations

WordPress connections, application passwords, connector flows, payment providers, email vendors, infrastructure providers and AI model vendors are separate systems with their own policies, limits and availability conditions.

Because the service depends on those systems, some features may fail, slow down or behave differently when a third-party provider changes an API, applies rate limits, has downtime or restricts access.

7. Credits, pricing and payments

Some actions may consume credits. Product screens may describe package size, pricing, estimated consumption and related workflow details.

Prices may change prospectively. Subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, used credits may not be refundable in every case. Unused balances may be reviewed if fraud, chargebacks, abuse or legal restrictions are involved.

8. Availability, maintenance and changes

The service aims to remain available, but maintenance, infrastructure changes, security events, third-party outages and unexpected technical failures may affect speed, availability or specific workflows.

We may add, remove, limit, secure or redesign features as the product evolves.

9. Suspension and termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, unauthorized integrations, payment manipulation, unlawful use or activity that threatens the product, its users or connected systems.

Suspension may also pause queues, disconnect integrations, restrict access to credits or trigger additional review before service access is restored.

10. Intellectual property

The platform, brand, interface, original workflows, product design and software logic remain the property of ContGPT or its licensors. Your use of the service grants only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the product as offered.

You retain rights in the prompts, briefs and site materials you provide, subject to the operational permissions needed for the service to process them.

11. Warranty disclaimer and liability limits

Except where mandatory law says otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available and as-offered basis. No guarantee is made regarding rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing speed, editorial acceptance, platform compatibility, error-free outputs or commercial performance.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, reputational harm, third-party claims or downstream publishing outcomes is excluded. In any event, liability may be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service during the period directly related to the claim, except where stricter legal rules apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the mandatory rules that apply to the relationship and, where permitted, by the laws of the Republic of T?rkiye.

Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction and procedures required by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
