This policy explains the allowed use of the ContGPT website, workspace, AI article, image and video generation tools, credit system and publishing integrations. It applies to every account and every generated output.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of the ContGPT Terms of Service. By creating an account, buying credits or using any ContGPT feature, you agree to this policy.
It covers prompts, uploaded files, generated articles, images, videos, voice and other outputs, as well as content you publish through ContGPT integrations.
You may not use ContGPT to create, distribute or promote illegal content, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, spam, harassment, hate speech, threats or content that violates the rights of others.
You may not use the service to impersonate a person or organisation, to spread knowingly false information, to manipulate platforms or search results, or to violate sanctions and export controls.
You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, credit checks, safety filters, authentication or access controls, or use the service to attack, probe or overload systems.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for reviewing every generated output before publishing or using it.
Do not generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, personality rights or privacy. Do not present AI output as professional medical, legal, financial or safety advice.
Do not create deepfakes or realistic depictions of real people without their consent, and do not use outputs to deceive, defraud or harass anyone.
Do not use ContGPT to send unsolicited bulk messages, to run spam networks, to create doorway pages at scale, or to manipulate advertising, reviews, votes or social platforms.
You must comply with the rules of the websites, WordPress installations and platforms you publish to through ContGPT.
Do not create multiple accounts to abuse welcome credits, referral rewards, promotions or free trials. Do not use stolen payment methods, chargeback fraud or fake identities.
Credits and referral rewards have no cash value. Attempting to sell, transfer or launder credits outside the service is prohibited.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold credits obtained through abuse, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
Where a violation creates legal or platform risk, access may be limited immediately while the case is reviewed.
Report suspected abuse, copyright issues or policy violations to info@contgpt.com with enough detail to locate the content or account.
We review reports and may ask for additional information before taking action.
We may update this policy when the product, laws or platform rules change. The current version is always published on this page.
