Any sexual or sexualised depiction of a minor is strictly prohibited. This includes realistic, illustrated, animated and AI-generated content.

Such content is removed immediately, the account is terminated, and the matter is reported to the relevant authorities and child-safety organisations.

Do not generate or upload pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual violence, bestiality, incest, fetish content or content intended for adult sexual gratification.

Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake pornography, or sexualised depictions of real people without their documented consent.

ContGPT applies automated prompt and output filters to detect sexual and unsafe content. Prompts may be blocked and outputs may be withheld or removed.

Attempting to bypass filters with synonyms, misspellings, encoded prompts, image prompts or multi-step workflows is itself a violation.

Do not generate sexualised or intimate content involving real, identifiable people, whether public figures or private individuals.

Consent must be documented and verifiable where any depiction of a real person is used for professional, editorial or commercial purposes.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination, deletion of content, forfeiture of credits and a report to law enforcement where required.

We may preserve relevant records when required by law or by a platform request.

Report suspected violations to info@contgpt.com. Appeals about an enforcement decision can be sent to the same address with the account email and relevant details.
