Disclaimer and user acknowledgement

This disclaimer explains that ContGPT is an automation and production tool, that final review and publication responsibility remain with the user and that third-party systems introduce separate risks.

1. No outcome guarantee

ContGPT helps automate content production, queueing, image preparation and publication workflows. It does not guarantee search rankings, traffic growth, advertising approval, editorial acceptance, revenue, conversions or any specific business result.

Any workflow recommendation, title, draft, image suggestion or publish action should be treated as an operational tool rather than a guaranteed result.

2. AI-generated material can be wrong

Generated titles, articles, summaries, media prompts, metadata and related outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, biased or otherwise unsuitable for the intended use case.

Human review is especially important in regulated, high-risk or reputation-sensitive categories such as health, law, finance, investment, public policy, product claims and comparative commercial publishing.

3. Publication decisions remain with the user

Even where the product supports draft or direct-publish workflows, the final decision to publish and the responsibility for what is published remain with the user or the user?s operating team.

Users are responsible for checking legality, accuracy, rights clearance, branding impact, consumer implications, advertising compliance and editorial suitability before publication.

4. Third-party systems create independent risk

WordPress, payment providers, email vendors, AI providers, hosting infrastructure, CDNs and other third-party systems operate under their own technical limits and policies.

Outages, API changes, access restrictions, throttling, failures or policy enforcement by those systems may affect the service. Those events may sit outside the direct control of ContGPT.

5. Not legal, medical, financial or professional advice

Nothing generated by the service should be treated as legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, medical advice, tax advice or a substitute for qualified professional review.

Where your workflow touches a regulated topic or a material business risk, you should obtain review from the appropriate qualified professional before relying on the output.

6. Registration acknowledgement

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to the Terms of Service and this Disclaimer, and you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Notice and have been informed about data processing.

That acknowledgement does not replace any separate express consent process that may be legally required for specific data-processing activities.
